Refund policy

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our side*. Otherwise, all sales are final. No exceptions.

*If you have any issues with your order due to a mistake on our side, please message us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Changing your mind, ordering the wrong size/color, not liking your products, and/or ignoring product descriptions is not a mistake on our side. Requests of that nature will be automatically denied. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (maximum within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Damage "noticed" outside 7 days, and/or due to misuse (regardless of time), is not covered by this policy. 

We do NOT offer lifetime repairs or replacements. 

Refunds
If a mistake on our side was made, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
